Adjustable Straddle & Fixed StraddleStraddle bases have projecting legs for stability, and loads sit between the legs when fully lowered. Adjustable bases allow the width between the legs to be adjusted. Fixed bases don't allow the width between the legs to be adjusted.
Fork-OverFork-over bases have projecting legs for stability, and loads rest on top of the legs when fully lowered. Fork-over bases are more compact than straddle and counterbalanced bases.
