Light-Duty Portable Air Conditioners

Light-duty portable air conditioners can be wheeled into place to cool a small room or supplement the primary air conditioning system in offices, schools, and other areas where a heavy-duty unit isn't needed. Compared to heavy-duty portable air conditioners, light-duty units are made with lighter-duty materials and components. They require ducting to discharge hot exhaust air to the outdoors. These air conditioners have a leakage current detector interrupter (LCDI) that senses current leakage and interrupts a circuit to help prevent injuries and damage to equipment or surroundings.
