Product Details

This one-piece acetylene cutting tip has a size zero tip and cuts 1/2-inch thick metal. The gas pressure for this cutting tip is 20 to 25 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 5 PSIG for acetylene. It requires a gas consumption of 40 to 60 SCFH for oxygen. It has a 16 to 19 inches per minute cutting speed and the drill size is 60 inches. This cutting tip is intended for use with a CA100 cutting attachment.
