This brown, three-inch diameter quick-change surface conditioning disc can withstand up to 25,000 rotations per minute. It has a coarse, non-woven abrasive that is ideal for removing old gasket material from engine blocks, valve covers, and other mechanical parts and employs quick-change technology for greater efficiency.
