This ball valve lockout is made of steel and it is red. It is chemical resistant, meets the standards for ANSI Z24, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. In addition, it features: one-time installation is easy to complete in just a few minutes, permanently mounts to valve body or pipe, equipping your employees with the proper lockout tools, measures 2.23 inch D x 3 17/27 inch H x 6 16/39 inch W. This ball valve lockout is for use with quarter turn handles, 5/16 inch diameter padlocks.
