TIG Collets

Collets hold tungsten electrodes in place in TIG (tungsten inert gas) torches. They also create a point of electrical contact between the torches and the electrodes so that current can flow to the electrodes. Each collet attaches behind the collet body or gas lens on a compatible TIG torch. A complete TIG torch setup includes a nozzle, collet body or gas lens, collet, insulators, back cap, torch body, torch handle, and tungsten electrode.
